Cozumel Dune Buggy Tour

The morning of the tour, a Dune Buggy Tour representative will greet you at the meeting point for check in. You will then be escorted to your vehicles in time to have a 10:30 am tour-departure.The First Excursion will be a guided snorkel tour through the shallow waters of Cozumel. All snorkel equipment is provided by Dune Buggy Tours. Guests are welcome to bring their own if desired.
The Second Stop we make is at El Cedral, the old town of Cozumel.

There you will learn about the town's traditional role in Cozumel's yearly calendar, and a number of cultural practices including holidays that are celebrated at El Cedral.We then caravan in our vehicles to the other side of the island, where we will visit the white sands and wild waves of Cozumel. There you will have time to play in the sun, relax with your friends and family on the beautiful island coast.

Dune Buggy At the last beach stop Lunch will be served. A traditional Cozumeleño meal; rotisserie chicken, tortillas, Mexican rice, chips, fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. Sodas, water, and beer will be provided during the entire tour free of charge. After lunch our Guide will lead you back into town and the tour will end at the meeting point. The tour has an estimated time of arrival of 3:30 pm. Taxis can be made available for guests. Guests who have to return to ship before 3:30 can be escorted back early in order to get back in time, make sure to announce this to your Guide and add it in comments when making your reservation.

All vehicles are standard four speed. Drivers must be familiar with standard driving and have a valid driver's license. Whenever possible and if space allows, we try to accommodate our guests in their own vehicles. Yet Dune Buggy Tours reserves the right to put four people per vehicle. On occasions a dune buggy may be substituted with a VW Beatle convertible, Jeep Tracker or other. If you would like an automatic vehicle, one can be provided for an extra fee of $40 USD, for more information contact us. This tour includes a Snorkel Stop; all guests are expected to know how to swim, no swimming lessons are given before the Snorkel Tour. Tour goes rain or shine. We never cancel tours except for extreme weather. If the tour is cancelled, there will be someone to greet you at the meeting point with that information. No refunds are given back for NO SHOWS. Cancellation Policy Dune Buggy Tours has a 24 hr cancellation policy. We understand that cruise ship itineraries are subject to weather, sometimes causing sudden changes in path. If you complete a cancellation request within 24 hrs of your scheduled reservation you will receive your payment back ($69 per person). Note: all deposits made ($20 per person) will be forfeited.
