Royal Swim

The swim program is one hour long divided into two parts. Guests begin with a 25 minute orientation seminar in which you will watch an educational video to learn some of the more interesting facts about dolphins, followed by specific instructions from our training staff on what you will be doing when you enter to swim with the dolphins.

Following the orientation, our trainers will take you dock side before you enter the water for a 30 minute "Experience of lifetime". You will enjoy the trill of gently rubbing the dolphin´s skin as you swim next to these gentle creatures. You will be amazed at the dolphins power and grace as they push you through the water by your feet or jump over you.

A portion of the water time will also be dedicated to the "freetime", where you will interact more spontaneously with the dolphins allowing everyone a very personal Dolphin discovery.

Child Ages for the Programs:
In order to participate the children in this programs, they must fulfill the required age and height of 8 years and 4 feet tall, a paying participating adult is still required with the children. If children cover the age of 12 years and over, they are allowed to swim on their own and the adult age is starting at 18th years to be as a companion for the 8-11 years old children. Please be sure to bring your credit card for verification and for extra expenses or cash as well. Also bring along towels and extra change of clothes, shower and restrooms are available in the location, Sun Screen lotion is not allow to wear if is not Biodegradable, there are available for sell at the boutique or bring a t-shirt to protect your skin.

Billing Information

Once is authorized and processed the charge to your credit card, it will be reflected in your next statement. The charge will be apply in US Dollars, any conversion to a different currency will be with the exchange rate of your bank.

All the activities in the packages are per person, other guests may NOT use one of the activities. For those guests accompanying participants of any program may enter the pier where the activities take place only when paying a $5 usd entrance admission at the front desk upon arrival to the park

Reservation Guarantee

Note to cruise ship passengers: If your ship is diverted or delayed for any reason, causing you to miss your program, you will be entitled to a full refund, subject to verification with the cruise ship.

Reservation & Cancelation Policies

Cancelations must be made 7 days in advance, No refunds will apply for cancellations made within 7 days prior your scheduled program is. Also our programs operate with rain or shine, therefore no refunds can be given for bad weather unless Dolphin Discovery cancels your program*. However, if you wish to change your booking to another day and advise us prior to, or at check-in, we will be allow to reschedule your program, subject to availability.

Check in Time and Meeting Place

The Dolphin Discovery center is located inside the Chankanaab National Park. Inside the park you will find restaurants, dive shops, a museum, lagoon, botanical gardens and shopping.

The Chankanaab National Park is located about 15 minute drive from downtown Cozumel and about a 5 minute drive from the Puerta Maya and International piers.

Check In time is 30 minutes Before your program presenting this confirmation voucher. Our facility it’s located at Carretera Costera Sur Km. 9.5, Inside Chankanaab park, Cozumel, Quintana Roo. Take a taxi to Chankanaab National Park from the dock or your Hotel in Cozumel.

Chankanaab National Park is known for the incredible beach area and excellent Snorkeling where you will enjoy a plethora of Caribbean fish, underwater statues and caves. SNUBA & Seatrek Helmet diving is also located inside the park, an excellent option for non-certified divers and children.
