HOW TO RESERVE

1. Fill out our reservations form.
2. We will contact you within 48 hours confirming rates and availability
3. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, and your date will be reserved! You will pay the balance onboard to the Capitan. IMPORTANT: Reservation Guarantee. If due to weather conditions or for Cruise Ship passengers if your ship is not able to dock in Cozumel, your reservation is automatically canceled and can reschedule for a later day or time or you can get a full refund to you Deposit Payment.
