Diving
The area's incomparable marine life and reef structure that attract more than 75,000 divers from all over the world every year to Cozumel. With over 30 kilometers of reefs, water visibility up to 200 feet and over 200 species of tropical fish, Cozumel is considered by many to be the finest dive destination in the Western Hemisphere and second in the world. Water temperatures range from summer highs in the low 80's to winter highs in the low 70's (F). Like the peninsula, Cozumel has many underground rivers and ponds known as "Cenotes". Because of the incredible beauty and clear water of these caverns, tunnels and Cenotes, many consider them to be ideal sites for diving and snorkeling.
Cozumel's diving infrastructure ranges from small owner-operated dive shops with personalized service and small group boats to huge dive stores offering big and comfortable boat dives to most of the reefs in Cozumel.
The Tours
Two Tank Scuba Adventure US $80
- First dive is a deep dive ranging from 70 to 80 feet, at either Santa Rosa or San Francisco drop-off wall. The immersion begins in the shallow part of the reef at around 25 to 40 ft. Deep time depends on air consumption of each diver and chart limits for recreational scuba diving.
- Second dive is at Paradise reef garden at 40 ft deep, this is a one hour bottom time dive.
- For every 8 divers it is assign one dive master.
- All dive masters carry along a dive computer to ensure safe bottom time.
- For every dive a minimum of 700 psi will be consider low in air and be subject to ascend.
- A safety non decompression stop at 15 ft will be part of every dive.

Refresher Dive US $70
- You have not been diving for a while, or you feel like having a review of the basics before diving from the boat?
- This course, including a 1 tank beach dive + instruction with a PADI instructor.

- You have never been underwater? Want to discover a new world?
- Join us for a discovery dive with a PADI instructor.
- After learning a few basics so as to understand the use of the equipment, you will practice the skills with water at waist level, and then go for your first dive trip in shallow waters (20 ft max) for 45 minutes bottom time.
