The Dolphin Discovery center is located inside the Chankanaab National Park. Inside the park you will find restaurants, dive shops, a museum, lagoon, botanical gardens and shopping.
The Chankanaab National Park is located about 15 minute drive from downtown Cozumel and about a 5 minute drive from the Puerta Maya and International piers.

Chankanaab National Park is known for the incredible beach area and excellent Snorkeling where you will enjoy a plethora of Caribbean fish, underwater statues and caves. SNUBA & Seatrek Helmet diving is also located inside the park, an excellent option for non-certified divers and children. Cancellations made up to 8 days prior your schedule program is are subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total amount of your program. No refunds will apply for cancellations made within 7 days prior your scheduled program is. Also our programs operate with rain or shine, therefore no refunds can be given for bad weather unless Dolphin Discovery cancels your program*. However, if you wish to change your booking to another day and advise us prior to, or at check-in, we will be allow to reschedule your program, subject to availability. . (*Note to cruise ship passengers: If your ship is diverted or delayed for any reason, causing you to miss your program, you will be entitled to a full refund, subject to verification with the cruise ship.)
The Swim and snorkel adventure program was designed to add a new dimension to interactive dolphins program. Guest will receive a dock side briefing by a trainer who will give details about upcoming activities and safely procedures. Following the briefing, you will enter the water standing on a submerged platform for an introduction to your new friend. Lots of contacts will happen at this portion of the program as you get to touch the dolphin and pose for a big dolphin kiss. Next, your trainer will lead you into deeper water, wearing a life jacket , where you will perform various close contact behaviors with the dolphin, such as holding on their pectoral fins as they pull you around or dancing belly to belly with your new wet friend.
