Isla Pasion meeting point is in front of Carlos'n Charlies restaurant located on the main avenue at the Punta Langosta shopping mall 30 minutes before tour time.
Passengers arriving by Cruise Ship to Puerta Maya or International piers must take a taxi to the Punta Langosta mall, this is a 5 minute drive from the pier. passengers arriving to Punta langosta Pier are walking distance from the mall.
Your credit card information is ONLY to secure your space in the tour or in case of no show, Full payment must be made to your tour representative with cash or travelers checks upon arrival to your meeting point on your tour day.
Rates per person in U.S. Dollars, rates may change without notice If you have any questions please write to us at: reservations@cometocozumel.com. Any cancellation must be done with a 24 hrs notice. Less than 24 hrs the clients will be charged 50%. No shows will be fully charged and can be on a standby for any open space on the following tour. For rescheduling due to bad weather please notify reservations@cometocozumel.com first since the weather varies between the east & west side of Cozumel. Cancelations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruiseship will not be charged to your credit card.
