Car Rent Payments and Cancellation Policies

Payment Upon Arrival

Your credit card information is only to save your car, credit card information will be used in case of NO SHOW. full payment must be made upon arrival to the meeting point with cash or traveler checks.

Payment in advance via PAY PAL

You can also pay your reservation in advance, some times our web visitors rents the car as a gift for someone, use our comment box located on the reservations form to request the charge via PAL PAL.

Car Insurance (optional)

Drive in Cozumel is easy and secure, however we suggest to purchase your car insurance, the car insurances are optional and rates goes from $15 USD to $25 USD. our representative will give you details of each upon arrival so you can take the best option for you.

Cancellations Policies

Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior your rent day.
less than 24 hours will be charged 50%, full charge will apply in case of NO SHOWS.

No Port, No Pay!

If for any reason your ship is canceled or diverted from Cozumel your reservation is fully refundable.
